Victoria's Secret Angels Old School vs. New Class: Who is sexiest?

British GQ released its annual Victoria’s Secret collector’s issue, featuring the newest crop of Angels on the cover.

Models Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson, Lily Aldridge, and Erin Heatherton are seen on the cover in, what else, lingerie, solidifying their role as the next crop of stars.

The Angels, or faces of the lingerie retailer, have experienced several big lineup changes in the past few years with the departure of some of their biggest names, including Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum.

And while some of the old favorites like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and Karolina Kurkova still work with the Angels, these days, the new faces are dominating the ad campaigns, fashion shows and catalog.

Adriana Lima’s modeling career began at a young age. She was only 13 when an agent discovered her at the mall. At 15, she won the Ford Supermodel Of Brazil contest and placed second in the Ford Supermodel Of The World contest. Shortly after, speaking only broken English, she moved to New York City and signed a contract with Elite Model Management.
Adriana’s first big break came when she appeared high above New York’s Times Square on a Vassarette billboard. She quickly gained worldwide recognition for her work in the GUESS? Wailea , Los Angeles, and Costanoa campaigns. Within a few years, Adriana was a star in the modeling industry.
